Executive Committee











ACSDA's Executive Committee
is the body responsible for the administration and management of the Association. It is comprised of 10 members and appointed by the General Assembly. The Executive Committee appoints from among its own members, the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer of the Association.

President

The President represents the Association pursuant to the provisions and powers bestowed upon him/her by ACSDA's Articles of Incorporation, by the By-Laws and by the Resolutions adopted by the General Assembly and he/she discharges this position for a period of two years, with the possibility of being reelected by the Executive Committee for a new term of office.

Secretary

The Secretary is appointed by the Executive Committee to perform the tasks appropriate to a general secretariat such as handling information dissemination, forwarding documents, and centralizing information. As of today, the Acting Secretary is Mrs. Magaly Martínez Matto, a lawyer with Peru’s CAVALI ICLV S.A.
