Post-trade and non-resident investors

This webinar presents the main conclusions of a study that analyzes the local ecosystems of foreign or non-resident investors clearing, settlement and custody in Pacific Alliance countries. Such ecosystems comprise global custodians, local custodians, international and local securities intermediaries, financial market infrastructures, trading systems and payment systems.

The study, commissioned by the Pacific Alliance’s Financial Integration Group and sponsored by the Inter-American Development Bank, identifies opportunities for improvement and development from the policy makers’ perspective. The results of this analysis surely are applicable to many capital markets globally.
