Tatiana Dierckx
Senior Relationship Manager

Tatiana Dierckx, Senior Relationship Manager, is responsible for managing relationships with Euroclear’s clients in North-America. As part of the Commercial Division she ensures
client satisfaction and business development for major clients in the United States.

Prior to this, she was Head of Account Management and Client Support for the Americas for more than 10 years, covering clients in both North and Latin America.

Tatiana Dierckx joined Euroclear in Brussels in 1998 as part of the Settlement Department. She moved to the Commercial Department in 2001 and then to Euroclear’s
New York Representative office in 2003.

Tatiana Dierckx holds a Master’s Degree in Philosophy from the Vrije Universiteit Brussel.

Rudi Fernandez Michiels
Senior Sales and Relationship Manager
Euroclear

Rudi Fernandez Michiels, Senior Relationship Manager, is responsible for managing relationships with Euroclear’s clients in North-America. As part of the Commercial Division and since 2020, he ensures client satisfaction and business development for major clients in the United States and Canada.

Prior to this, Mr. Fernandez Michiels was VP Relationship Manager at Clearstream Banking New York covering clients in both North and Latin America.

Mr. Fernandez Michiels joined Euroclear in 2002 and till 2015, has held different positions in the Commercial Division world-wide, such as Marketing, Client Support and Account Manager – both in Brussels and Hong Kong and Head of Account Management and Client Service teams in Euroclear’s representative Office in New York.

He also briefly coached newcomers within the Settlements’ client service area, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial Sciences and speaks 5 languages.
